YogaSix Arapahoe Studio Manager
Studio Manager – YogaSix Arapahoe
Turn Leads Into Members. Members Into Community.
YogaSix Arapahoe is looking for an energetic, competitive, people-focused Studio Manager who loves connecting with people, building relationships, developing a great team, and driving results.
This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk management job.
You'll be at the center of our studio's success—turning new leads into first-time guests, converting guests into members, keeping existing members engaged, supporting our team, and finding creative ways to grow studio revenue.
The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a sales professional, relationship builder, coach, and small-business operator. You'll understand that great sales isn't about pressure—it's about listening, identifying what someone needs, and confidently recommending the right YogaSix experience.
You'll also support Studio Leadership in meeting the studio's sales, retention, engagement, revenue, operational, and community objectives.
What You'll Own
Sales & Revenue Growth
You'll take ownership of the studio's sales pipeline—from the moment someone expresses interest through becoming an engaged YogaSix member.
Responsibilities include:
Respond quickly and enthusiastically to new leads and inquiries by phone, text, and email.
Confirm new bookings and collect appropriate guest notes so the team is prepared to deliver a great first experience.
Follow up with guests who visited the studio but did not purchase a membership and provide personalized membership recommendations.
Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct studio tours and confidently present YogaSix membership options.
Overcome objections and help prospective members identify the membership that best fits their goals.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against studio goals.
Carry out additional sales and outreach activities when needed to achieve daily new-booking and membership targets.
Identify opportunities to increase membership, retail, events, workshops, and other studio revenue.
Maintain an organized pipeline so valuable leads don't fall through the cracks.
Member Retention
Signing a new member is only the beginning.
You'll help ensure members continue seeing value in their YogaSix membership by proactively identifying and addressing potential retention issues.
You'll:
Manage new-member onboarding activities and help members establish a strong connection with the studio.
Follow up with past-due accounts and work with members to resolve payment issues.
Run and manage the daily declined-charges log, contacting members by phone, text, or email as appropriate.
Review our Lost Sheep reporting to identify members whose attendance has declined.
Personally reconnect with disengaged members and encourage them to return to class.
Identify members who may be at risk of cancellation and proactively address concerns.
Look for opportunities to improve member lifetime value and reduce preventable cancellations.
Member Engagement & Community
YogaSix succeeds when members feel like they belong—not when they simply have another subscription on their credit card.
You'll help create that connection by:
Building genuine relationships with members and learning their goals, preferences, and YogaSix experience.
Encouraging members to try new class formats, instructors, workshops, challenges, and studio events.
Supporting studio challenges, events, referral programs, and community-building initiatives.
Developing and coordinating the studio's member newsletter.
Responding promptly and professionally to outstanding member emails and voicemails.
Recognizing opportunities to turn happy members into advocates who refer friends, family, and coworkers.
Working with instructors and Studio Leadership to create an energetic, welcoming studio environment.
Team Leadership & Development
You'll help create a team that delivers an exceptional member experience while confidently contributing to the studio's growth.
Responsibilities include:
Support Studio Leadership in meeting established studio objectives and implementing studio priorities.
Coach and motivate Wellness Advisors on sales skills, member experience, and studio goals.
Conduct regular roleplay covering telephone inquiries, introductory offers, membership presentations, objection handling, and closing.
Reinforce expectations around lead follow-up, booking appointments, studio tours, and membership conversion.
Review sales activity and help team members identify opportunities to improve performance.
Help maintain accountability for daily responsibilities and studio standards.
Celebrate wins while maintaining accountability for results.
Help create a culture where everyone understands their role in growing and retaining our membership community.
Serve as a positive, professional representative of YogaSix Arapahoe for members, prospects, instructors, and the local community.
Daily Sales & Studio Management
Great results come from consistent execution.
You'll maintain disciplined daily studio and sales operations by:
Reviewing new bookings and confirming guest information and notes.
Following up with previous-day missed sales opportunities.
Completing new-member onboarding tasks.
Reviewing outstanding member communications.
Following up on past-due accounts.
Running and working the daily declined-charge report.
Running the Lost Sheep report and contacting disengaged members.
Completing overdue sales and member follow-up tasks.
Planning the day's sales closeout schedule.
Adjusting outreach and prospecting activity based on progress toward the day's new-booking and sales goals.
Supporting Studio Leadership with additional operational, sales, marketing, and member-engagement priorities as needed.
How We'll Measure Success
This role is ultimately about results. Key performance indicators may include:
New leads generated
Introductory classes booked
Lead-to-booking conversion
Intro attendance
Intro-to-membership conversion
New memberships sold
Membership revenue
Member retention and cancellation rates
Past-due revenue recovered
Declined-payment recovery
Member engagement and class utilization

Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Love talking with people and building relationships.
Are comfortable picking up the phone and initiating conversations.
Enjoy sales and are motivated by measurable goals.
Can confidently ask for the sale without being pushy.
Believe consistent follow-up is a competitive advantage.
Are organized enough to manage dozens of prospects and member conversations simultaneously.
Enjoy coaching others and helping a team improve.
Can balance empathy for members with accountability for business results.
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Are comfortable working collaboratively with Studio Leadership and supporting broader business objectives.
Look at a slow sales day and think, "What can we do differently?"
Bring positive energy to work and help create an environment people want to be part of.
Experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, membership sales, retail, wellness, or other relationship-based sales environments is a plus.
